The events of the first episode witnessed many scenes of excitement and suspense, as it began with Ahmed Daoud, who embodies the character Zeinhom, lying to his mother and deceiving her that he is an ear, nose and throat doctor, instead of an autopsy doctor, and the events continue until a murder occurs, and the detectives begin their work, along with Ahmed’s attempt Daoud and his colleague Dr. Jimmy, played by Karim Kassem, help the police and solve the murder mystery.

The Zeinhom series is taken from the novel called My Dead Friends, Thank You, by Dr. Muhammad Jaballah. The work consists of 30 episodes, and Ahmed Dawoud, Salma Abu Deif, Karim Qasim, Hanaa Al-Shorbaji, Salwa Muhammad Ali, Angie Abu Al-Saud, Osama Abu Al-Atta, and Hamdi participate in the starring role. Heikal, Basma Nabil, Noura Mahdi, Nesma Bahi, written by Muhammad Suleiman Abdel Malek, and directed by Yehia Ismail.
