“Our doctors have just declared Rudy Ramawy dead a few minutes ago after performing CPR for half an hour at the MRCCC hospital,” a message obtained by the local media company Merdek said.

He founded Venturra in 2015 with Lippo Group Director John Riady and former Rocket Internet Managing Partner Stefan Jung. Before founding Venturra, Ramawy was the founding Country Director of Google Indonesia. He also held the role of deputy managing director of Lippo subsidiary Multipolar.
