Caviar is back with yet another crazy (and wildly expensive) custom iPhone. Its latest model, dubbed the Tesla Electro, features a real piece from a Tesla car and is available in iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max versions.
You can get yours with up to 1 TB of storage, but be warned that prices can reach $ 8,380.
Caviar’s latest iPhone includes Tesla parts
Caviar is famous for its luxury gadgets, which typically contain precious metals, expensive jewels and smart works of art. It has previously made AirPods in solid gold and an iPhone 11 Pro in gold and diamonds, which costs up to $ 120,000.
The company’s latest offering is not quite as expensive, but it is certainly not affordable either. The Tesla Electro iPhone features a titanium chassis with black PVD coating and white metal accents designed to replicate Tesla’s designs.
Its big selling point is the piece of aluminum on the back, white has the Tesla logo and a portrait of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and it was melted down from a real Tesla car panel. There is also a copper insert with the Caviar logo.
“The Caviar iPhone 13 Pro Tesla Electro is an ideal gift for a modern successful person who is passionate about high-tech and cutting-edge ideas and eager to shape a bright future for humanity,” says Caviar.
Prices start at $ 6,760
Underneath all these advanced materials, the iPhone itself is unchanged. It has the same Super Retina XDR screen, lightning fast A15 Bionic chip and features like Face ID. But because of all the metal, iPhone charging is gone.
Prices start at $ 6,760 for the base iPhone 13 Pro model with 128GB of storage, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $ 7,300. If you choose the latter with a maximum of 1 TB of storage space, prices reach a full $ 8,380.
