The ASEAN Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM), attended by SOM leaders and representatives of all ASEAN Member States and the ASEAN Secretariat, was held at the ASEAN Secretariat on 2 February 2023.
SOM covered discussions on preparations for the Foreign Ministers’ (AMM) retreat on 3 February and other topics such as ASEAN community building and relations with external partners.
