The Liverpool star led the Egyptian team to achieve a sweeping victory over its guest, Djibouti, with a clean six-point score last Thursday in the first group, before winning the second match over Sierra Leone with a clean score.
Salah is chased at the top by another Egyptian player, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet, who scored a goal in the Djibouti match and a brace against Sierra Leone, bringing his total goals to 3.
