On Tuesday, Pitaka hosted its Ecosystem Live event, which introduced a new product line called Pita! Tag around Apple’s AirTag along with a new FlipBook case designed for iPads.

Pita! Tag is a new product ecosystem consisting of a number of everyday essentials integrated with an AirTag case. Designed to be portable and compact, they can be attached to a keychain, bag or other item so you both have easy access to them and keep track of where they are with the AirTag.

Pita! Tag Range

The first three products in the range are Pita! Go to multi-tool, Pita! Go to cable and Pita! Go to Lighter.

Pita! Tag for Multitool is a minimalist multi-tool the size of a car key. Despite its small size, it incorporates four essential tools: a wear-type screwdriver, a cross-head screwdriver, a 2.0-caliber Allen key and a pocket knife.

Pita! Go to Multi Tools

Pita! Multi-tool roof is capable of handling essential tasks and includes a keychain so you can have it on hand wherever you are. If you put AirTag in the tool, you’ll never lose them either, as you’ll be able to use Apple’s Find My Network to track it.

Pita! Tag for Cable is an MFi-certified USB-C to Lightning cable that you can use as a cord when not needed but need to have on hand. It can be easily attached to a bag or other things, so it can be ready for times when you forget to take a charging cable with you on a trip.

All you have to do is open the lid on the cord for access and you can quickly connect it to your devices. To make it easier to unpack, the cable connectors are magnetic to avoid entanglement of the cord.

Again, you can use AirTag with the accessory so you do not lose your cable or whatever you have connected it to to store it. That AirTag is kept in a case with the company’s signature aramid fiber style, which is stylish and protective.

Pita! Tag for Cable will be available in August.

Pitaka also covered the Pita! Tag for Lighter, which combines a lighter and AirTag case together. While smokers can easily lose a small but important item like a lighter, it can just as easily be needed for a variety of tasks and emergencies, such as lighting a campfire or burning stray wires away.

Pita! Tag for Lighter will be launched later in 2022.

FlipBook case for iPad

Following on from the Pita! Flow for Tablets ecosystem created by the company two years ago, the latest tablet-focused product joins this ecosystem. The FlipBook Cover for iPad is a case for your iPad, iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard that lets you take the entire collection with you everywhere.

When you first stick the Magic Keyboard to the case, along with the iPad Pro, it becomes one device that can be used anywhere. The Magic Keyboard opens when you open the bag like a book, and everything folds when the bag is closed.

This saves users from having to pull the hardware from a storage bag before opening it, or closing it before putting it away, as this action is part of the design.

Along with the iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard, there is a side pocket made of a unique carbon fiber cloth that can hold essential items such as keys or a lighter. The combination of black carbon fiber and orange leather provides both luxury and protection, while maintaining a minimalist business style.

Drill Pita! Go

As part of the event, Pitaka discussed its future plans for another product ecosystem under development. Pita! Go will be a series of carbon fiber suitcases designed with a traveler’s needs in mind, such as short business trips, recreational trips and so on.

This system will consist of modular suitcases that can be easily replaced and easily reused.

More information about Pita! Go will be published this winter.

Pitaka’s ecosystem

Pitaka also discussed his mission to simplify the lives of his customers by building ecosystems in smarter, sustainable ways and by using and recycling the finest materials.

Top makes it a reality, it has a three-step plan, starting with Eco Living, to rethink and design products in a way of ecosystems.

Under Eco Production, it wants to reuse Pitaka products and reproduce them into new products. For Eco Development, it intends to remove all barriers to the recycling of composite materials, while improving technology and efficiency.

Pitaka’s Materials Science

As part of Pitaka’s event early this morning, the company also announced that the company’s sustainability will be enhanced by continued technological development.

The company demonstrated that it has discovered a way to separate resin from carbon fiber material for recycling and showed how during the event.

The company says that the resins can be recycled for chemical processing of new resin, which is a relatively new development in the recycling process of carbon fiber materials. In addition, the company notes that the carbon fiber itself can be recycled in other materials and also in manufacturing.

Pitaka says both more product families and recycling efforts and research will be demonstrated in the future.

The Pitaka live event is available for review on its website.
