OnePlus RT and Buds Z2 to launch in India in December

The OnePlus 9RT and Bud’s Z2 TWS earphones, introduced in October in China, are expected to debut in India next month, with the former expected to be launched with the OnePlus RT moniker.

The source claims that OnePlus RT will be available in Hacker Black and Nano Silver colors in India, while Buds Z2 will come in Obsidian Black and Pearl White colors.

OnePlus 9RT is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage on board and runs Android 11-based ColorOS 12 out of the box.

The smartphone is built around a 6.62 “120Hz FullHD + AMOLED panel and comes with a 4,500 mAh battery that draws power through a USB-C port of up to 65W.

For photography, you get a 16 MP selfie device inside the hole, with the rectangular camera island on the back 50 MP primary (with OIS), 16 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro devices.

The OnePlus 9RT comes with an on-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC and stereo speakers, but no 3.5mm headphone jack.

Speaking of the OnePlus Buds Z2, the TWS packs 11mm dynamic drivers in each knob and has Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is advertised to reduce external noise up to 40dB.

Buds Z2 comes with Bluetooth 5.2 and supports SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs. The headphones also have Dolby Atmos support and are IP55 rated, while the charging case is IPX4 splash-repellent.
