Apple’s upcoming MacBook Pros could include upgraded 1080p cameras, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage on the base models and smaller edges all around, according to a leak.
The rumors come from the iOS developer and delicious @dylandkt, who made the predictions shortly after Apple officially announced its October 18 “Unleashed” event.
MacBook Pro 14 and 16:
Mini LED displays
Smaller frames without logo at the bottom
Basic models have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space
Base M1X is the same configuration for both models
Prices will be the same between 14 and 16 inches
New charging stone

In addition, @dylandkt also reiterated claims that both the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models would have the same M1X chipset with similar speeds across the series. Probably a factor as to why they’re doing so poorly.
The stand also maintained previous claims from other sources, including the forecast that both models will be equipped with a higher quality 1080p camera. Dylan also claimed that the devices will have smaller edges and no bottom “MacBook Pro” text and could come with a new charging stone.
Both models are expected to make their debut at Apple’s “Unleashed” event, scheduled for 10 a.m. Pacific (13:00 Eastern) on Monday, October 18th. Supply chain sources indicate that production began to increase in August.
