Al Hilal, coached by Jorge Jesus, drew at home (1-1) with Navbahor in the 1st round of group D of the Asian Champions League. Tabatadze scored, at 52′, the only goal for runners-up Uzbekistan, but Ali Al Bulayhi avoided, at 90’+10, the defeat of the Saudi team. Rúben Neves and Neymar were starters, with the Portuguese international being substituted in the 89th minute.

In the next round, Al Hilal will go to the Iranians of Nassaji Mazandaran, who today triumphed at Mumbai City, 2-0, leading the group. It should be noted that the winners of the 10 groups, as well as the three best from each region (East and West) will qualify for the round of 16.

Remember that, in group C, Nuno Espírito Santo’s Al Ittihad got off on the right foot with a clear 3-0 victory over OKMK’s Uzbeks.
