I recently interviewed EMotorad CEO Kunal Gupta, who told me that they were preparing to showcase the company’s premium, Indian-made e-bikes at the Dubai Expo 2020. No, that’s not a spelling mistake, although it’s clearly deep into 2021. The event is a 6 month long showcase. The company shared a press release with me, emphasizing the importance of sustainability and how the world is moving toward electric vehicles.
EMotorad will be showcasing its 9 e-bikes at the Expo after recently launching them on the UAE market. The company sees this as a great opportunity to redefine mobility across the globe. The company stated that it will be showcasing a portfolio of different e-bike models yet to be released and that visitors to Dubai Expo 2020 can expect to see some truly transformative sets of mobility.
Kunal Gupta shared some thoughts in the press release:
“Through this Expo, we will create mass awareness not only for e-bikes, but also electric mobility, for consumers, businessmen and end users coming from all over the world. We are also looking for lucrative business opportunities, partnerships and exploration of new markets. We want to understand each client’s needs and requirements. ”
The 9 e-bikes that the company presents are:
- Lil E.
Rajib Gangopadhyay, founder of EMotorad, said:
“The EV world is more inclined to use e-bikes, and we are opening them up and want to take advantage of this opportunity to be at Expo. We have many business agreements, partnerships and B2B deals from the experts present at the event. The experience so far has been really good, and has brought many competitors across the globe to the event. We do not really see them as our competitors, but our teammates. EV as a fleet needs many teammates to probably exist. ”
