Apple’s rollout of HomeKit architecture in December
Newly unearthed code suggests that Apple will soon re-release its Homekit architecture after initially withdrawing the feature in December.
For the previous trial, users reported seeing devices stuck in an “updating” state after the upgrade was complete, with some devices unresponsive or unable to fully update. At the time, it was unclear what had caused the problems, as there were no commonalities between the accounts of the problem.
